Darkside in Riverside: ‘Night of the Demons’ Cast will Reunite this October
This October, in Riverside, California there will be a reunion of demons! Well, the Night of the Demons cast and director, anyway. This 1988 horror film follows a group of teens as they gather for a Halloween party in an old abandoned mortuary. But when an evil force awakens, demonic spirits keep them from leaving and turn their gathering into a living Hell.
The reunion will include the original cast members Cathy Podewell, Hal Havins, Billy Gallo, Jill Terashita, Amelia Kinkade, Philip Tanzini, Lance Fenton, Linnea Quigley and director Kevin Tenney. In addition to photo ops, and panel Q&A, there will also be a screening of the film with the cast.
In addition to the Night of the Demons reunion, the Darkside in Riverside event has tons to offer horror fans. There will be a Friday the 13th Anniversary celebration kicking off the event on Friday October 18. Original cast member Ari Lehman (Jason), composer Harry Manfredini and special TBA guest will be in attendance. There will be a Q&A panel, Group photo & autograph session and screening of the classic horror film. Darkside in Riverside will also attempt to set a record for most people wearing a “Jason Mask” in one room.
There will also be guest appearances by Linda Blair, Tony Todd, John Kassir, Michael Berryman and much, much more! You can find tickets for Darkside in Riverside here.
