New ‘Goosebumps’ Series in the Works at Sony Pictures TV

Viewer beware we are in for more scares! Sources for Deadline have revealed that a new Goosebumps series is currently in the works. Sony Pictures TV, and Scholastic Entertainment will team with Neal H. Moritz for the new series. Moritz produced two big screen Goosebumps films in 2015 and 2018. The series will of course be based on the best selling R.L. Stine books of the same name.

The Goosebumps series is one of the best-selling book series of all time. The original 90s anthology TV series still holds a place in the hearts of grown horror fans today. Recently, the two big budget studio films, starring Jack Black, brought the stories to a new generation. They grossed over $250 million combined.
