['Mortal Kombat'] See Mileena, Jax and More In Reboot's Gory New Trailer

The trailer for the 2021 Mortal Kombat has finally dropped! The first images of the film were revealed last month and left a lot of Mortal Kombat fans wanting. However, the new red band trailer seems to be answering the naysayers. The three minute long trailer is packed with blood, shattering limbs and knives to the skull. Besides from missing a new amazing theme song, the film seems to be made with fans in mind.

The trailer gives a taste of out how graphic the film will be and how they incorporated the use of CGI. Fans of the game will spy some signature moves, catch phrases and even some fatalities. We will also travel back into history to explore the back story of Subzero and Scorpion.

Simon McQuoid directed the film, which was penned by Greg Russo. Mortal Kombat stars Hiroyuki Sanada as Scorpion, Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Joe Taslim as Sub-Zero, Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Chin Han as Shang Tsung, Josh Lawson as Kano, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, Tadanobu Asano as Raiden, Max Huang as Kung Lao, Elissa Cadwell as Nitara, and Sisi Stringer as Mileena.
