Ryan Murphy has announced that the long awaited tenth season of American Horror Story, is set to return to production this October. Season ten of the hit show was supposed to be completed in time to air for the fall 2020 season. Until the worldwide pandemic shut down nearly all of film and television productions. FX eventually pushed season 10 of American Horror Story to 2021 as a result.
Season 10 will feature the previously announced stars Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross, Finn Wittrock and newcomer Macaulay Culkin.
“Looks like American Horror Story Season 10 is go for an October (fitting) production launch. Thanks to everyone who is working hard to assure a safe start for the cast and crew,” Murphy teased on Instagram, alongside a picture of some very sharp teeth.
We haven’t gotten a definitive picture of what the theme for the new season, and most likely won’t until the first trailer. But Murphy has provided a few clues of what American Horror Story season 10 will hold. He last gave us a clues in May by dropping a beach picture (above). Now that he has included a picture of human like teeth, my bet is on some sort of sultry siren tale.
Up next for Ryan Murphy, is his new Netflix series Ratched. You can check out the trailer below and Ratched hits the streaming giant on September 18. Be sure to follow ScaryNerd for more of all things horror.
