‘Halloween Kills’: Anthony Michael Hall Joins Sequel as Tommy Doyle
Anthony Michael Hall has officially joined Jamie Lee Curtis in Halloween Kills, according to Variety. The film will be the next chapter in the long history of the Blumhouse and Universal’s horror franchise. Last year saw Halloween rebooted in a way that brought the old and new generations into one cohesive film.
This next chapter will seek to reunite more of the original characters. Hall will be taking on the role of Tommy Doyle, the little boy who Laurie Strode was babysitting in the 1978 film. The character was last portrayed by Paul Rudd in Halloween: The Curse of Micheal Myers

The studio announced earlier this year that it would be releasing the final chapters of the franchise. Shooting both Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends back to back. Halloween Kills will bring back David Gordon Green back as director with script he co-wrote with Danny McBride. Green also directed last year’s installment.
Halloween Kills is scheduled to be released in theaters on October 16, 2020. And Halloween Ends will follow a year later on October 15, 2021. How do you think Anthony Michael Hall will do as Tommy Doyle? Leave us a comment and let us know! Be sure to follow ScaryNerd for more of all things horror!
