Elisabeth Moss and Blumhouse to Bring Virginia Feito’s ‘Mrs. March’ to the Big Screen

Elisabeth Moss, her production company Love and Squalor Pictures, are partnering with Blumhouse to bring the upcoming Virginia Feito psychological thriller novel Mrs. Marchto the big screen. Of course the ever versatile Moss will lead the project as the title character according to Deadline.

Mrs. March follows a well-to-do Upper East Side housewife as she begins to unravel. Her descent begins after she suspects the detestable protagonist of her husband’s latest bestselling novel is based on her. Virginia Feito will write the screenplay and executive produce, Carla Hacken and Bea Sequeira are also attached as executive producers. Moss and Lindsey McManus will produce for their Love and Squalor banner, and Jason Blum is producing for Blumhouse.

“I read Virginia’s novel in one sitting and was so captured by it I knew I had to make it and play Mrs. March,” said Elisabeth Moss in a statement. “As a character, she is fascinating, complex, and deeply human and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into her. Mrs. March is exactly the kind of engaging and challenging female led project that Love And Squalor Pictures is built to make.”
